WHY DO WE CHOOSE LEADERS AND WHAT MAKES A GOOD LEADER GREAT? - BY AFOLABI O. AKINFENWA

....the primary stage to select good leaders is nowhere.

Ordinarily everyone is a leader in his or her own right, but it depends on how your innate leadership qualities affect others that counts. As the  primary stage of election is fast approaching (party primaries) the rights of the general masses is beckon on the delegates and party Excos, it is therefore expected that whosoever emerges as the winner in the process (free, fair and credible) is the choice of the general masses.

The good people of Ibadan Southeast/Northeast federal constituency are known to be educated people, well exposed, intelligent and none nonsense people and as a matter of fact, it is expected that people of Ibadan Southeast/Northeast would lead the way in changing the negative narratives not minding blackmails, bribe, intimidation or money, but going down deep to select a good representatives who is ready to serve.
An aspirant who is aspiring the yearnings of the masses is the key to success, but not for her selfish interest. A Great leaders find the balance between business foresight, performance and character. They have vision, courage, integrity, humility, and focus, along with the ability to plan strategically and catalyze cooperation amongst their society just like the founder of Aderoju Ayoade Adekanmbi Foundation, Hon (Dr) Adejoke Adekanmbi-Akinseye has already taken her time to strike the balance.

Dr Adekanmbi-Akinseye always reflect on her most effective leadership qualities, try to apply them on a daily basis and why she perceived already as a great humanitarian and leader. She continue to ask her family, friends and  followers, even her humble self how she can improve and think about what makes a good leader, especially as time continues to change.

Great leaders understand that they are only as strong as their society could be. This is why many choose to lead by example. In doing so, they earn the respect of their society and followers, and may even inspire others to join the mission.

The ability to motivate and drive others to join in on a mission is a positive leadership quality that separates good leaders from great ones.

Vote wise, remember that the power and future of the masses is in your hands (DELEGATES) and the generation to come.
