House representatives aspirant, Hon (Dr) Adejoke Adekanmbi-Akinseye has condoled with Governor Seyi Makinde, the Oyo-State government and people of Oyo Kingdom over the death of Alaafin of Oyo, His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr) Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III.
While describing his death as painful, Hon Adekanmbi-Akinseye in a condolence message she personally signed and made available to Southwest-frontier.com in Ibadan condoled with the Oyo-State Council of Obas and Chiefs over the demise of it's permanent chairman, noting that his death is shocking.

“The death of Alaafin of Oyo and the Parmement Chairman, Oyo-State Council of Obas and Chiefs, His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III has brought pains to the entire people of the state.
“I condole with the Oyo State Government and people of Oyo State and other family members on the transition to the eternal glory of the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, after a long and glorious reign.
His Imperial Majesty had devoted his life and worked tirelessly for improvement of life of the yoruba people in particular and humanity as a whole.
There is no doubt that his Majesty’s wisdom and devotion were an enduring source of strength and comfort for the people in Oyo Kingdom. Hon Adekanmbi-Akinseye concluded
