Hon Rukayat Balogun Felicitates With Christian Faithful at Easter

Hon Lamidi Rukayat Tolani Balogun rejoices with Christians in Akinyele local government and Oyo state at large on the celebration of this year Easter.

In her calvary greetings and Easter message,  Rukayat Tolani Balogun said; ”Easter is celebrated by Christians as a joyous holiday because it represents the fulfillment of the prophecies of the old Testament and the Revelation of God’s Salvific plan for all humankind. In Commemorating the Resurrection of Jesus, Easter also Celebrates the defeat of death and the hope of salvation.

Hon Rukayat encouraged people of Akinyele local government to emulate the practice of Lord Jesus Christ and she stated that Jesus sayings should have direct positive impacts in their dealings with humanity through His scripture, Holy Bible.

She prayed that,”May we be forgiven all our sins for the blood of Jesus Christ has wiped away our Sins.

Hon Rukayat admonished people of Akinyele that they should remember their local government, state and country in their daily prayers for continuous peace and tranquility. They should cast their votes wisely come 2023, shun away vices and not be used by aimless politicians to achieve their selfish mission because the love of Oyo and Nigeria should be Paramount.
